DLC Information

Q: What DLC is announced for 2022?

A: DLC items will include Limaland Motorsports Park, Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55, and Lucas Oil Speedway, as well as two additional DIRTcar classes, UMP Modifieds and Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modifieds.

Q: What is the 2022 Season Pass?

A: All 2022 downloadable content at a discount of 15 dollars vs buying individually for those who purchase the base game. Can be added to BOTH the base game purchase on digital or a physical disc purchased at retail (requires online connection).

Q: How much will the 2022 season pass cost?

A: The 2022 Season pass will cost $29.99 $19.99. If a user buys the Standard Edition digitally, or buys the disc PS4 version, they can purchase the Season Pass and have an equivalent product to the Gold Edition (Discontinued).

Q: What is the 2023 Update?

A: Downloadable content including the Chili Bowl, Lernerville Speedway & Lincoln Speedway, the Xtreme Outlaw midget Series, new drivers, updated paint schemes and a host of new features!

Q: How do I Accessing my World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing DLC


Xbox users who have purchased the Gold Edition (Discontinued), Ultimate Edition or Season Pass will see World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing DLC added to the game automatically after its launch. For those looking to purchase a DLC pack individually, users can head to the game’s storefront and explore its Add-ons to find the pack they want.

PlayStation® users will need to go to the PlayStation® Store to add their DLC, regardless of how it was purchased. Users who have purchased the Gold Edition (Discontinued), Ultimate Edition or Season Pass will see associated World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing DLC listed as free of charge, while users looking to purchase a DLC pack individually will see it listed at full price.
From the main menu of World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing, scroll to the Online tab and click the Store button for easiest access to DLC from within the game.

NOTE: All downloadable content for World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing is accessible in all gameplay modes, and all cars are able to race on all tracks in the game.

Console Information

Q: If you purchase the new game on PS4, is it both PS4 and PS5 versions?

A: If a user purchases either the PS4 version or the PS5 version, they can then download both the PS4 and/or PS5 versions. One purchase grants both versions to a user. Users on PS5 can have both versions installed on their console at once. Instructions are here:

Q: I pre-ordered the PS4 physical disc from a retailer, can I upgrade to the PS5 version?

A: The PS4-disc-to-PS5-digital upgrade is free. Instructions on how to perform the upgrade are here:

Q: I purchased the PS5 version of World of Outlaws, should it appear with PS4 version too? Or won’t that version show up until release day?

A: When the game releases the user will be able to download both the PS5 and PS4 versions.

Q: On the PlayStation® Store it says only playable on PS5 nothing else?

A: It is playable on both PS4 and PS5. Only the PS5 version’s store page is shown on the PlayStation® Store website.

Q: Will the Game have Cross Generation Play?

A: Cross Generation will be available on the Xbox.
The PS5 and PS4 versions of the game can not play against each other. However, PS5 users can have the PS4 version installed and use that to play online races with PS4 users. Instructions are here:

Q: Will the Game have Cross Console Play?

A: No.

Q: Will the game be available on Nintendo Switch?

A: Yes! It will be available on October 3rd, 2023.
